Radiation – 3-Meter Method Anechoic Chamber – Radiation Test for ITE Equipment

ITE stands for Information Technology Equipment, such as computers, servers, printers, routers, switches, etc. The 3-meter method radiated emission test in an anechoic chamber, fully known as Radiated Emission (RE) test, is a core item of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) certification.

This test simulates an open-area test site environment in a 3-meter anechoic chamber, and measures the intensity of electromagnetic disturbance emitted by the equipment during operation. It ensures that the equipment will not interfere with the normal operation of surrounding radio devices, communication systems and other electronic equipment.
