Introduction to the updated contents of the new national standard for electromagnetic compatibility GB 17799.4-202

GB 17799.4-2022 Mandatory implementation as of November 1, 2023
The mandatory national standard GB 17799.4-2022 "Electromagnetic Compatibility - General Standard - Part 4: Emission in Industrial Environments" will come into effect officially on November 1, 2023, replacing the original version GB 17799.4-2012. The main changes include four points:
Added various regulations for EUT testing setups
The regulations for average detectors for radiation emission measurements above 1GHz have been added. All results measured using peak detectors are also applicable.

Added the requirement for a DC power supply (DC) port
Added provisions regarding the emission limit for polarization within the FAR (Frequency Allocation Regulations)
